Fixed Income investment team of over 120
investment professionals with over 25 years
of experience. Invesco’s teams of dedicated
professionals have developed exceptional
track records across multiple fixed income
sectors and asset classes, including
structured securities, such as residential
mortgage-backed securities (“RMBS”),
commercial mortgage-backed securities (“CMBS”),
asset-backed securities (“ABS”), and
leveraged loan portfolios. The investment
team will draw upon the mortgage market
insights of WL Ross & Co. LLC, (“WL Ross”),
Invesco’s distressed investment unit and a
subsidiary of our Manager, and from our
Manager’s in-house real estate team.We
benefit from our Manager’s and its
affiliates’ portfolio management, finance
and administration functions, which address
legal, compliance, investor relations and
operational matters.
Our Manager and its affiliates provide us
with our management team, including our
officers, along
with appropriate support personnel. We do
not have employees since our Manager
provides all of our management and support
personnel.
