External Manager
Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. is externally managed and advised by Invesco Advisers, Inc., a subsidiary of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ), a leading independent global investment management company.
Our Manager draws upon Invesco’s Structured Investments Team is comprised of 17 dedicated team members averaging over 20 years of experience in the structured securities markets. Our team manages over $45 Billion in investments, including over $8 Billion in assets for Invesco Mortgage Capital. Invesco Mortgage Capital benefits from the team and resources of a large global fixed income franchise, providing our managers with the latest tools and technology to unlock value in the Agency MBS and Agency CMBS markets, as well as opportunistic credit investments in the residential and commercial mortgage sectors.
We benefit from our Manager’s and its affiliates’ portfolio management, finance and administration functions, which address legal, compliance, investor relations and operational matters.
Our Manager and its affiliates provide us with our management team, including our officers, along with appropriate support personnel. We do not have employees since our Manager provides all of our management and support personnel.
