(“Computershare”), offers a Direct Stock Purchase and Dividend Reinvestment Program called the Computershare CIP (“CIP”) for existing stockholders of IVR common stock and those wanting to become stockholders of IVR common stock.
The CIP is offered and administered solely by Computershare and are not sponsored or administered by IVR.
The CIP is a means to directly purchase IVR common stock and also allows stockholders to elect to reinvest all or a portion of IVR's quarterly cash dividends in additional IVR common stock.
